I called SomaSou on 1/25 and made an appointment over the phone for a facial the next week on 2/1. I was told verbally that everything is all set and that I’m good to go. I never got a text confirmation which I thought was weird, but I show up for my appointment anyways and no one is there. I stood outside of their facility for 15 minutes with no one answering their phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was then told that they had no record of my appointment, and the only explanation they could offer was “this has never happened before. I have no idea what went wrong.” Clearly the person I spoke to the morning of 1/25 didn’t book the appointment correctly, and while I understand people make mistakes, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or make it right. This was also going to be my first appointment at this med spa. They’ve lost my trust and my business. Too many other med spas in this area to waste 30 min out of my Saturday waiting in the cold for an appointment they didn’t book correctly.

Had a pre-Thanksgiving “express facial” today from Elise at Soma Sou in Del Ray, Alexandria. It was wonderful! Lovely treatments that smelled great and made my skin super clean and soft. Plus a relaxing massage had me feeling ready for Turkey Day. I highly recommend Soma Sou for the caring and professional staff and the range of services.

Elise is truly exceptional when it comes to micro needling. Her expertise and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every session is both effective and comfortable. I consistently rave about the noticeable improvements in skin's texture and appearance. Elise's warm and professional demeanor makes the entire experience pleasant. I actually fly in from LA to come to this spa. The service is amazing and as you can tell from my other reviews, customer service is my main priority, and this spa is the best. I get treatments from Melissa and Daniela. Today I received the Hollywood Carbon Laser Facial from Daniela and thought it was great. I am looking forward to the continued results. It has definitely brightened my face. If you are looking for a spa for any treatments, I highly recommend them.

Had an amazing facial with Jordan! She did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. I literally left glowing, and my skin looks and feels more hydrated and rejuvenated. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I both came in, me for botox and my husband fir his first facial ever. Melissa and Dani were both amazing! They have magic hands. My husband was so rejuvenated and relaxed he already scheduled his next appointment. Highly recommend this spa, it is clean and gorgeous and the staff are top notch.
