Stopping by to give a review: Had my first Fire and Ice facial at Soma Sou with Jordan! It was a great experience from start to finish. I met with Jordan for a consultation a few weeks ago, to go over my current routine and talk about my goals (I'm a skincare freak, so I'm a huge fan of consults!). We decided on the Fire and Ice, and it was exactly what I wanted: an exfoliating facial giving me a great glow. Highly recommend Jordan and Soma Sou, looking forward to my next service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Somasou Med Spa regarding my Botox treatment. On March 25, 2025, I was charged for an injection that was supposed to involve 27 units. But I did not feel more than 10 in my forehead. However, after a few days, I noticed that I had droopy eyes and a heavy sensation. During my follow-up appointment, Melissa assured me that she would assess the situation after 14 days and address any issues stemming from the initial treatment. However, when I returned today, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to correct the problem. This was particularly disappointing, as I had expected to receive a resolution without incurring further costs due to the initial treatment's shortcomings. Additionally, I found Melissa's inability to respond adequately to my concerns unprofessional. Regrettably, I feel that I wasted my money at Somasou Med Spa and cannot recommend it to others based on this experience. It is disheartening to feel as though I was misled and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving your customer service and communication practices.

Melissa is wonderful!! I’ve been going to her for Botox/Dysport for years and she always listens to my needs/concerns and spends time explaining my options. She does a great job and I never get bruising despite my thin, fair skin. I feel lucky to have found her!

Highly recommend this place. I first had a consult where Dani took a deep interest in what my skin goals were and where I would see the most benefit within my price range. The subsequent services were great, the spa is well run, and there's always a little chocolate treat waiting for you! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Very beautiful with interesting design. Also the cleanest spa I have been to in DC/VA/MD area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, with 5 star service. Highly recommend.

I called SomaSou on 1/25 and made an appointment over the phone for a facial the next week on 2/1. I was told verbally that everything is all set and that I’m good to go. I never got a text confirmation which I thought was weird, but I show up for my appointment anyways and no one is there. I stood outside of their facility for 15 minutes with no one answering their phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was then told that they had no record of my appointment, and the only explanation they could offer was “this has never happened before. I have no idea what went wrong.” Clearly the person I spoke to the morning of 1/25 didn’t book the appointment correctly, and while I understand people make mistakes, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or make it right. This was also going to be my first appointment at this med spa. They’ve lost my trust and my business. Too many other med spas in this area to waste 30 min out of my Saturday waiting in the cold for an appointment they didn’t book correctly.
