I’m not one for writing reviews often but I’ve got to give it up for Soma Sou. This place offers some great services! I went in for a brightening facial originally, which left my skin feeling refreshed/vibrant. But while there I also found out they actually have a tattoo removal service. I’ve got a tatt I’m not much of a fan for so I decided to start the removal process with Soma Sou. Daniela was the esthetician that worked on me and she was so sweet and careful. She took her time made sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommended working with her! I’ve had laser work done before, but here they offered a newer type of laser. The laser was less painful and worked better in my opinion than a previous tattoo removal I’ve done. Pain wise, the laser hurt less than getting the tattoo which is pretty crazy when usually removal work can be 2-3 times more painful then getting a tattoo. So I highly recommend their tattoo removal service for anybody wanting to lighten a tatt for a coverup or fully remove.

Beautiful new med spa in Alexandria! A friend recommended I try out SomaSou and I am so glad I did. Everyone was so welcoming and the customer service was outstanding. I had RF microneedling and a facial with Daniela, and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She walked me through her recommendations in our consultation so I knew exactly what to expect with each treatment. I am happy to say that after one treatment, my skin does seem to be brighter and have a glow to it. They recommend 3 treatments for the RF needling so I will definitely be back for my next two treatments. Can’t wait to see even more results! Definitely stop in and give them a try!

I don’t write many reviews, but I have to support the grand opening of Soma Sou. Its a modern med spa that my wife recommended after she received her first service. I had a couple of sessions with the Emsculpt neo. I was looking for a non-invasive treatment, and they had me at 20,000 sit-ups in 30 minutes. I researched after my consultation and read some of clinical studies behind this laser. It uses RF + HIFEM technology, which means nothing to us, until you read about the benefits and how it’s the latest technology. Will update with before and after pics when I finish my sessions. Thanks to the staff for answering all of my questions and providing great services.

My experience at Soma Sou was amazing! Upon entering, Amy was extremely welcoming. My boyfriend and I had brightening facials done with Dani. She was so meticulous with the facials and made sure we were comfortable every step. Our faces felt so fresh and our skin were glowing. Thank you so much Dani for such a wonderful, relaxing experience. We will definitely be coming back again!
